Piratas defeated Criollos in Quebradillas 91-85 . Panamanian-Mexican center Joshua Ibarra (211-1995, college: HCU) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 18 rebounds for the winners and DR Congolese guard Emmanuel Mudiay (196-1996) chipped in 22 points. At the losing side Panamanian-American center Akil Mitchell (206-1992, college: Virginia) responded with a double-double by scoring 15 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists and American point guard Kahlil Felder (175-1995, college: Oakland) scored 21 points and 5 assists. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Criollos' coach rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help.
